NGC MS64. 2104 1855 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $9,500.00 Deep gold lustre drenches both sides of this gleaming strike, offering that remarkably bold sparkle in the fields that is displayed by top-grade examples of this short-lived denomination. PCGS MS63. 2105 1855 Brilliant Uncirculated BU $2,600.00 - close to the Choice category and boasting a meticulous strike and a wealth of assertive yellow-gold lustre for outstanding visual quality and appeal. Frosty surfaces exhibit a tiny nick in front of the mouth. Boldly gleaming yellow-gold lustre complements an exacting impression of the dies. Fields are smooth and semi-prooflike giving added visual impact to a coin that is only a minute mark or so from higher grade. 2108 1856 Brilliant Uncirculated BU $4,500.00 - or finer with a strong strike and very attractive mint lustre. There are some light hairlines visible under the slightly reflective fields. An excellent type coin. 2109 1856'S' Small Mintmark CH AU $3,000.00 Choice About Uncirculated. A richly lustrous example boasting a full and exacting impression of the dies. This desirable, naked-eye variety is known as the ''Small Mintmark,'' though the sharply defined 'S' might be more accurately described as ''Minute.'' It is easily recognized by size and by its position in the field well below the wreath tie. 2110 1860 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $11,000.00 Glorious and bright yellow-gold lustre gives this meticulous strike the undeniable visual quality of a higher grade. One of 7,036 circulation strikes produced, and an exceptional beauty from any standpoint. PCGS has certified only nine examples in this high grade. This coin's meticulous cameo devices are beautifully frosted, complementing the deeply reflective mirror-like fields. PCGS MS63. 2118 1879 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $9,000.00 Fields awash in the deepest prooflike glitter contrast vividly with lovely frosted reliefs. The design features, furthermore, are well frosted and offer excellent contrast. One of 1,500 circulation strikes produced in this later date and a wholly desirably coin for any high quality Type or date collection. PCGS MS63. 2122 1882 CH AU $2,000.00 Choice About Uncirculated. Wonderfully reflective fields that are well struck. Pale yellow-gold toning over surfaces that exhibit some hairlines. Very scarce with only 1,500 pieces struck for circulation. 2123 1884 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $10,000.00 One of 1,000 circulation strikes and one of the finest available to today's collectors, boasting prooflike lustre with two fascinating areas of reflective lustre in the lee of Liberty's meticulously detailed curls. PCGS has graded only 22 at this coin's level. PCGS MS63. 2124 1886 CH EF $2,600.00 Choice Extremely Fine. Wholly reflective fields on both sides with plenty of lustre still remaining. A plentiful strike gives this coin added appeal. One of only 1,000 pieces struck for circulation, with probably less available today. 2125 1887 Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $9,800.00 - a virtual Gem of fully lustrous splendor. Here is a coin displaying fully glittering yellow gold mint frost for beauty that should satisfy the most demanding collector. PCGS MS64. 2126 1887 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $8,500.00 Light orange-gold toning over well struck surfaces. The lustre is gorgeous, giving this coin a magnificent appearance. A few light reverse marks near the date do not detract enough to prevent any prospective buyer from bidding on this coin. A lovely late date coin that is quite suitable for any high grade set. PCGS MS63. 2127 1888 Brilliant Uncirculated BU $4,000.00 A well struck example that is lustrous and has semi-prooflike surfaces. Greenish-gold toning adds further to this coin's appeal. A scarce late date that is hard to find in this wonderful condition. 2128 1889 CH AU $2,500.00 Choice About Uncirculated and very close to full Mint State.
